TransformTopeka was incorporated in the state of Kansas as a non-profit corporation on February 27, 2009. Our Articles of Incorporation are available for review by clicking on the link.

Annual Meeting Minutes
TransformTopeka’s bylaws outline that the annual meeting will be held the first Wednesday in May each year. Minutes form each annual meeting are posted here.
Financial Statements
TransformTopeka completed its first fiscal year, December 31, 2008, prior to incorporating with the state of Kansas. 2008 saw limited operations and transactions due to the fact that we were not yet incorporated as an entity. The 2008 Statement of Condition and 2008 Statement of Activities are available for review by clicking on links. These statements were prepared using the accrual method of accounting. In 2008, TransformTopeka did not maintain a cash account.
